Write to the studio
Email is the only way to reach us. Describe what you saw or what you need, and we will read your message and reply when we can.
What helps us reply
- The passage and the length you were using when the problem appeared.
- What you expected to see, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and operating system, if the problem is about how a page looks or behaves.
- A short description of the habit or measure you would like explained.
Suggesting a passage
Suggestions for new passages are welcome. Send the text, a note on its tone, and whether it suits a particular length. We may edit a passage for clarity before we use it, and we will tell you if we do.
What we do with your message
We use your message only to reply to it. Please do not send passwords or payment details by email. You do not need to send anything sensitive to reach us.
